Preparing the Soil—In the Garden and the Heart

Preparing the Soil—In the Garden and the Heart

A heartfelt thank you to Jerry and @Kurtz Bros Mulch & Soils for their generous donation of sweet peat, soil, and mulch to the Bridgettine Sisters. Their kindness is helping bring new life to the Sisters’ garden—just in time for spring!

In the parable of the sower, Jesus reminds us that good soil is essential for seeds to grow and bear fruit. Jerry’s gift is not just about flowers—it’s about cultivating beauty, peace, and a deeper reflection of God’s presence in this sacred space.

Thank you, Jerry & Kurtz Bros Mulch & Soils, for your joyful spirit and generosity. You are helping us plant more than seeds—you are helping us grow community and faith.
